  1. Hi! I am just newly pregnant and I def wanna continue during my pregnancy. I have been practicing for a lil over 4 years and I am in my first trimester. Any recommendations for how often I should practice and what I can do to be safe while practicing? Thank you 🙂

      It really depends on how much you’ve been practicing and how you feel. You should be fine to continue at whatever rate you normally practice, just pay attention to your body and take breaks whenever you need it.
